LOL - okay, it isn't actually a picture of Avril's Grandmother... or a pic of Avril after a heavy night of partying either..! :)
It's from a website where they have Photoshop contests called "Worth1000.com", and this photoshopped pic of Avril must be from a contest to change celebrities pictures and make them look old (but I can't find that actual contest on the site now).
Pretty funny (or scary!) stuff !!
