Play Badminton with Avril... on the Wii :-)
OCTOBER 22 - NEWS FLASH ! :)
I just met Avril Lavigne this week IN PERSON and even got to talk to her for a couple of minutes!
It was at a Canon Canada press event where they invited 10 "Super Fans" to have a meet-and-greet with Avril after they announced this new partnership between her and Canon Canada.
Details can be found at www.shootlikeastar.ca and I will be writing a new and full post about this event and what it was like to meet Avril in person when I get my copy of the photo they took of me and Avril together. Sweet!

Electronic Arts has a new game coming out for the Wii called "Celebrity Sports Showdown" that includes Avril Lavigne as one of the celebrities you can play!
It's currently in development at EA Canada and will be the first Wii title to launch under the new EA SPORTS Freestyle brand and it has 12 outdoor sports games...
The Celebrities you can play are:
-- Fergie
-- Paul Pierce
-- Avril Lavigne
-- Mia Hamm
-- LeAnn Rimes
-- Kristi Yamaguchi
-- Keith Urban
-- Reggie Bush
-- Nelly Furtado
-- Sugar Ray Leonard
And the 12 games include:
-- Beach Volleyball
-- Smash Badminton
-- Inner-Tubing
-- Rapid Fire Archery
-- Wild Water Canoeing
-- Joust Duel
-- Hurdle Derby
-- Curling
-- Slalom Showdown
-- Arena Dodgeball
-- Cliff Hangers
-- Air Racers
You can visit the EA Sports Games website for more information. Right now it just shows a large picture showing some of those Wii celebrity characters, but after August it should have a lot of new information and screen shots etc.

Long time no see, I miss you on Avril Bandaids, I always enjoyed your posts. So Avril has a new album comming out, how cool is that?
Anyway I put in a friends request on Avril Bandaids for you but I never heard back from you :(
